CoActive Health hosts free monthly workshops that are designed to educate on the connection between the body, gut and mind. During each workshop, you will learn how these are all interlinked and we will cover a range topics to help empower you to achieve greater success with your health and training goals.

The focus of this workshop is sleep - often overlooked and a fundamental part of achieving success with your health and wellness goals. We’ll give you the knowledge to be able to evaluate your sleep as well as tips that you can implement into your life to help you achieve high quality sleep.

Kate is a Personal Mindshift Coach who enables her clients to think differently. Through her coaching and workshops she explores the dynamics of teams and personal thinking. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and hypnotherapist and has the skills to work with the unconscious mind where the nuggets wait to be explored.

She has an informal friendly approach and her intuitive style will put you at ease. Tracy is a Team & Leadership and Life Coach who’s style is directive and intuitive, with a sprinkle of quirkiness and fun. She has a relaxed but challenging style and pulls from an eclectic mix of thought processes, tools and techniques depending on what is most useful for you and to create an environment that enables positive change and understanding.
Tracy’s self-development journey started 8 years ago and through a mix of therapy, coaching and self-guided development exercises she has transformed her life. She has combated stress and anxiety and works hard to nurture her mental wellbeing. She uses this varied business and personal background to advise her approach to coaching, particularly in times of significant change.
Angela Loftus is an experienced Registered Nutritional Therapist who studied nutrition for four years at the renowned ‘Institute for Optimum Nutrition’. She helps clients to optimise their health when faced with common health challenges such as: Hormonal Issues (pre/mid/post menopause), Impaired Digestion and IBS, Low energy (Tired all the Time), Anxiety/Low Mood, Fat Around the Middle/Weight Loss.
