Group Classes
We offer a variety of unique coach-led group training for a fun, hard workout. Our classes are always changing to keep it interesting and stretch your abilities. Each class is 60 minutes and is open for members and Non-members.
Metabolic Conditioning
Saturdays are for sweating the Met-Con class will burn fat and maintain muscle. We combine high intensity intervals with resistance training performed on a range of equipment unique to the CoActive Health Gym.

Strength and Mobility
In this class we take a deeper dive into specific exercises and teach you how they can help your everyday life and performance. We begin by priming and mobilising the body, give feedback and tips on lifting technique and then incorporate it at a higher intensity to get that burn!

Hybrid Racer
The Hybrid Racer Class is for those that want a full mixture of strength, speed, power and endurance. Perfect if you’re preparing for a Hyrox, Spartan or tough Mudder. These Classes will help you progress your running and cardiovascular fitness in combination with strength exercises to keep you ready for anything they can throw at you.

Boot Camps
Throughout the year we run a variety of BootCamps these are intensive courses that involve 3-4 days of small group training sessions for 6 weeks straight. A perfect way to boost your health and fitness if your training has been slacking. Get in touch to find out details on the latest bootcamp.
