CoActive Health Group Training
Take your training to the next level with CoActive Health Group Training. Our classes incorporate the best elements of circuit training, cross fit and modified strongman to form a uniquely fun and effective workout.
Here at CoActive we firmly believe strength to be the foundation upon which all other fitness qualities are built. However we also acknowledge that metabolic conditioning has unique benefits and due to its intense nature is best performed in a group training environment.
5 Reasons to do CoActive Group training classes
1: Results
We pride ourselves on our results and our classes are all designed with this in mind. The classes utilise full body compound movements designed to push your body to the limit. They form an excellent addition to your training schedule helping with:
- Fat loss
- Aerobic conditioning
- Lactate threshold
- Strength endurance
2: Expert coaching
When training at high intensity in a dynamic environment it is important to ensure you hold your form, not only maximise your training but also to avoid injury. We are all experienced coaches who know how to motivate, instruct and ensure you get the most out of your workout each and every time.
3: Awesome equipment
We have a great space here at CoActive allowing for a huge variety of functional fitness equipment from assault bikes to prowlers. Unlike most boot camps we also have access to a fully loaded gym so can offer a far more balanced and effective workout. Alongside this we recently had the ‘My zone’ Heart rate training system installed which gives great instant feedback on your training.
4: Intensity
Performed correctly metabolic conditioning requires intense effort. No matter how self-motivated you are it is unlikely you will be able to push as hard as what you can within a group setting. A combination of group energy, motivating instructors and competitive instinct means you will always get more out of your body with this type of training when done in a class. I’ve been training for years and love working out but still choose to train alongside others when doing my conditioning workouts.
5: Camaraderie and fun
Working towards a health and fitness goal is for the most part a solitary endeavour. Ideally you should have a bespoke strength program and diet that is moving you towards your goals. However there is great benefit to including at least one group activity to your training schedule. Training alongside others is not only motivating and fun it also brings out our competitive instincts allowing us to push that little bit harder and thus reach our goals faster.
