Tell us a bit about yourself and your everyday life.
I’m now retired so am lucky to be able to do the things I love, which are weight training, yin yoga and gardening.
How did you come across CoActive Health?
My son bought me 10 sessions for my birthday.
What form of exercise did you do before joining CoActive Health?
I had played a lot of tennis, squash and racquetball but due to injuries had to stop. I occasionally went into my home gym and worked out on my crosstrainer.
What motivated you to start the at CoActive Health?
I wanted to lose weight and get in shape.
What membership are you on at CoActive Health?
Semi private training.
What are the main benefits of training with us?
I feel much healthier.
What has been the biggest change for you while you have been at CoActive Health?
The biggest change for me since joining CoActive has been my strength and eating habits.
How often do you train and how long is each training session?
I train 4 times a week for an hour.
What is your favourite breakfast?
Protein pancakes with raspberries and high protein yoghurt.
What is your plan for the rest of your journey with CoActive Health?
To develop my muscles as much as I possibly can.
How would you describe your journey at CoActive Health to a friend?
It’s very enjoyable and inspiring to see myself get fitter and stronger.
